Default blowing fuses

new guy here.
im trying to fix my little girls atv its a peace 110cc.it keeps blowing the fuse,anyone else have this problem?

you've got a "hot" wire that's grounding out and blowing the fuse. you need to start testing the wiring in that circuit, inspect the wiring harness for deficiencies and repair/replace that portion. look for kinked wires, broken wires, or wiring that has rubbed a hole in the jacket insulation and is grounding out.

what size fuse? i would say it has to be no more than a 7 amp fuse.

ok thnx ill start checking wires today.oh btw will the plastic body come off if I remove the Phillips screws?

yes sir, that plastic body is made to protect the frame and chassis and shield the rider from flying debris kicked up by the tires. just remember which fastener goes where as you remove the plastics/fenders. that's one of the many things a dealer/mechanic will remove so as to get a better inspection and achieve easier access to the frame, wiring harness/loom, and other equipment on the quad.
