Default 250cc 30 mm carb

There are three vacuum lines for this where should they connect 2 on bottom by the fuel in and one near the front

sorry about that. here is a pic i got off ebay (where i purchased it)on the left there is one tube looping to another on the right side and there is a nipple right in front. I think the vacuum tube from the intake manifold goes here, but the other 2 on the right side are confusing me. theres 2 nipples that form a 90, what are they for ive seen atvs with a splitter on the intake manifold but mine doesnt have one so i went and purchased one with some vac line but dont know how to hook it up.
