Wiring diagrams are difficult to come by at times. But you can usually look at generic diagrams from other quads and get enough info to follow it through.

So whay is this quad in pieces? My best guess is that it has problems, the previous owner got in way over their head, and gave up. But before you start investing more time and money, what makes you think this quad will ever run? What is it's history? I hope you got this quad for free. I would first manually jump the starter solenoid (jump the battery to you car if necessary) to see if the engine cranks, and then measure compression.

Parts can best be ID'ed by using google to search for them. If you want to know what your voltage regulator (or CDI, etc.) type "110cc yamoto chinese voltage regulator" into the search engine and you will be overwhelmed with pictures. Some will be wrong, but most will be be right.

I have the correct info on the quad now its a toatoa 149cc atv. The reason it doesn't run anymore is because some one tried to wire in an alarm and remote kill switch. the wiring got hot and caught fire so that is why im inquiring a new wiring harness. But have not been able to find one yet. Also yes I got it for FREE lol. Thank You for your help if you know were I might be able to find a wiring harness for it please let me know. It is a 2007 model.

I have a hensim 2008 150cc quad which is probably very similar to yours. Below is the wiring diagram of mine (I had to trace the whole thing out from scratch).

Note that this uses an AC powered CDI. Your 2007 probably uses an AC powered version also, though it is remotely possible that you have a DC powered CDI. A DC powered CDI is wired quite a bit different. On your stator output wire bundle look for a black wire with a red stripe that ties into the wiring harness. That is a strong indicator that you have an AC powered ignition system.
