eton 70 problems

hi i, new to the site just found it< hope some can help
i have an eton 70 2 stroke , i just rebuilt the top end new piston and rings and gaskets, the problem is that when you give it gas it won,t barely move somthimes it just bugs out i have tune the carb and took it all apart and clean it i,m at a lost.
