Default 110 Mini Panther won't start

We were riding for about 80 miles. Drove the 110cc Mini panther onto the trailer. We had no problems all day. Got home and tried to get it off the trailer and it hasn't started since.

It has good spark (and new plug), it is getting gas, but it will not fire even with a spray of ether. We have come up with a probable cause of the timing chain moved. I have taken everything but the cylinder off and all looks good. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My real question is how do you set the timing chain? Where are the marks and what do they look like? The timing chain is on the left side of the engine and it is VERY similar(if not identical) to a Honda Sportrax 90.

Again any help welcome! thanks
