Default xtreme atv 90 wiring diagram

I have a 2005 90 atv distributed though xtreme atv. I was told that it was a chinese knock off. I have been looking for a wiring diagram for this unit. The main electrical wiring harness for the unit fried and before I put it back together, I want to test the components. I have the owners manual, but it dosn't have any wiring info in to. Any help would be greatful.

Extreme was selling Aeon atv's prior to that, so it may be that brand. If so, it was made in Taiwan. Quality is a little better than the mainland China models. Look on the front bumper for the vin number.

I believe that that can from the front area of the bike. I had a few other numbers, but they didn't say serial. I will dig and see exactly what location these are in.

The vin should be 17 numbers. Sometimes they are on the left lower frame rail near the front too.

Welcome to the forum bbowyer!
Have you tried contacting Xtreme directly?

As far as I know the xtreme company still exists....From what I have seen of them... their atv's are so nice youed think they were made by Honda...Fit, finish, weld quality, paint quailty....Very nice stuff....

Wish I hadn't cleared all the pics on the computer here, I'd post what the one I have looks like. Want to say it was sold by Alpha Sports at the time.

Just went out and looked at mine, 17 digit number like all vins.

Trying to find a free search to see what it actually comes back as.

Here's what mine looks like. Of course I had found a free place to look up the vin at work, and for the life of me can't find that site now. Others I checked say it doesn't exist.
