Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. If he get's his act together he can always run it again when he actually ships the product.

I recently (over two weeks ago) ordered some paddle tires from Speed Specialist Racing in Utah and today (after I called them) they said they shipped. Sean told me two weeks ago he would call me if he didn't think they would get to me in time for Labor Day Weekend - NO CALL then and no call after the weekend. Only when I call they end up shipping that day. . . hmmm. . . Did you forget about me??? The guy in the back was probably holding the UPS truck so they could get them out today [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

Just a note on Speed Specialists (SS). I made the mistake of posting a nice comment about them on another forum, only to be bent over by them. Same deal, they said "oh 2 weeks, no problem, even if we need to air them to you they'll be there". Yea, guess what? They didn't show!!!! I ended up having to buy them from the shop at the dunes and had to pay $50 more then what I should have. SS will never get my recommendation, nor a penny from my pocket! Bastages![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]
The best thing all of us can do (I do it all the time now) is go COD. Really, it's worth the extra $6-10 to know they can't charge you for product they don't have yet, or for not shipping on time. If it doesn't show on time, then you just let UPS take it back to them. Hopefully you know ahead of time it isn't coming on time and order from someone else.
If they don't offer COD, I typically will not do business with them. There is a reason they don't want to do COD, they know they can't do what they say typically!!
Attention everyone, I just discovered this site and joined and when I read all of the posts I had to respond/help. As of this month, Timmy has
partnered up with people I know to open up a new shop. It is twice as big and Timmy will be concentrating his efforts solely on the production part of the business. They will be making an attempt to get the production levels past most competetors to improve turnaround time. As for customer service, there will be a new person handling that and will strive to improve that as well. For those of you who have tried to call, the phones have been messed up and as of yesterday they were just able to access the voicemail. If you have questions, I believe the old number will transfer you to the new one, so give them a call. Please continue to be patient, they are also improving the design of the a-arms similar to the Roll Designs arms (without the bent design), they will be better than the ones you probably ordered and are waiting for. Again, sorry for the inconveniance and I can assure you that TBR Products (formerly Timmy Boy) will strive to meet your needs.
