just get a front 15 tooth front sprocket in 530. You will be pleased with the quickness you gain.

Took the bike out this weekend seemed faster but since I rejettted it to a 195 and took the lid off the air box it will snap crackle pop just a little when I let off the gas from higher rpms. Does That meen I need A bigger jet or a smaller one? Dyno jet specs were 195 dynojet needle third clip and lid off airbox with slipon and K@n air filter.

I'd try a 180 and get the air/fuel screw just right. Is your backfiring through the carb or exhaust? Either way the 180 should be very close to what you need.

The Lectron 46 carb,520 chain and sprockets with the lightest tires and wheels that will still be strong enough for the type of riding you do.These changes are fairly simple and inexpensive and will make huge gains for you.The lighter tires and wheels are probably the best place to start.

The poping sound is coming out of the exhaust, another web site said to change the main jet to a 200. U guys think I should go down to a 180? The hole shots I just bought set me back 220 but ur right their heavy, how much is the Lectron 46 carb?

Many of the 2000 had a #40 pilot jet.
Turn pilot screw out 5 turns from all the way in.
If still pops, order a #45 pilot

Ive tried several different combinations with the jets and found some that work, the 200 main with the needle on the 5th clip fuelscrew out three turns is the best. I guess I was expecting that 15 to 25% hp increase that was written on the dyno jet kit.
