Default Renegade 500 UPGRADES?

New member here, just wondering if anyone knows or has put a programmer on a 2008 Renegade 500? I need to know if it's worth spendin the money, or if it wont be that great of a thing. Someone let me know. Already put a EPI clutch kit on it. I dont want to spend too much, givin it to my wife and buyin a 800 in the fall.

A programmer...as in a power commander or dobeck? I doubt either would do much on their own, the whole point of them is to tune your quad when you add other modifications such as air filter and exhaust. A programmer is the 'jet kit' for efi quads.

If your 'Gade isn't running very smoothly or well atm maybe a programmer could help...but if your quad is fine, then you probably need to add aftermarket airfilter/exhaust to need one.

Just my 2 cents.
