Did you change anything since the last time it was running well? If not it may just be a dirty carb. Also check to make sure the tank breather is working correctly.

Sounds like you did not get the bladder seated properly when you changed the spring.
Take the top of the carb off and check the bladder for tears.
If OK,
spray bladder with a light coat of wd-40,
install top and move top slightly side to side to help the bladder edges to fall into groove.
tighten top down.

If this does not help, let us know how it runs this time and we will help somemore.

yea omr has this one i am almost certain becuase mine was running really weird one day and would accelerate instead of almost stall and I took the diaphram apart like omr is saying and it was slipping off mine wasn't torn and the spring needed to be adjusted and I sprayed it the diaphram with wd40 and then after that I also took out all of my jets and sprayed them with carb cleaner and she ran great after that. Just update us on how its running thanks.

update

i have taken out the bladder it looks fine but one of the screws that holds the top part of the carb was stripped and wouldnt close it all the way down so i think it was sucking air thru there got it fixed im going to test out the bike this weekend beacuse i cant drive the quad around here my neighbors are a little anal about that kind of thing last time they called the police beacuse i had the bike on in the back yard.
