Default Is there way to Unseize an Engine

Pull the head.
Remove cylinder nuts and raise barrel 1/2 to 3/4 inch
What ever you can raise put wood between bottom of barrel and top of cases.
Place 2 inch or larger brass plug against piston.
Hit plug sharply with a small hammer. You want to shock the piston without causing other failures.
This should cause a fracture between piston and liner.
Pull barrel off.

Well I finaly got it to break lose. I used pure Kerosene filled the top and put a little air pressure to it and filled the crank case. After 4 days it started to move a little and this being Saturday I could almost turn it all the way around. Tomorrow it will go all the way hopefully then I can rip it apart. Had this not worked then I would have tried heat and what Olmanracing had commented on. Thanks all for your help once I have it apart will let you all know how it looked inside.

As a matter of fact it was to a friend and he nows exactly was done to the engine not only that he helped me to get it going. There was far more moneys involved with this engine than what I sold it to him for. At least it does run and it actually runs pretty well. He is happier than a pig in poo he couldn't have purchased another engine for what I sold to him for plus all the extras that came with it.
