84 Atc 200es no spark

I was wondering if anyone can tell em wat the resistance of the pulse generator is and possibly what the ac voltage output of the generator at the same time. i only get 300mv at peak starter revolutions..... but i get no spark or no signal to the coil.... i was wondering also if anyone had any trouble shooter information so i can diagnose more into the problem

would it be possible to get a copy of that manual.... i am about to check the resistance now... but i am also suspecting the cdi unit it self.... i get nothing on the pk pin
