Default 83 atc 110 honda rear bearings

just got it friday had to drive 100 miles just to look at it, gave 80.00 and took it home, gas leaks from the petcock valve bad, anyone know the order that the washers and stuff go back together in, my kid took it apart and i did not see him do it, anyways bigger problem is the rear end, body rocks back and forth on the axel, so to my thinking bearings are non existant, so i proceed to tear it down, got the wheels off, got the chain cover off, am asuming the axel needs to exit the body on the chain side due to sprocked mount and such ?, so here is the big question, how do i get the brake assemby off the friggin axel , i have unscrewed the 2 large nuts on the brake side of axel, now what, does the hub unscrew? or what , i wacked it with a hammer trying to free it some, sprayed wd40 on it, is it pressed on ?, is there a trick i need to be informed of ? any and all help is greatly appreciated, i'll be checking this site hoping to find my answers,

ps anyone got the manuals for these on cd i could get a copy of ??

Check ebay for a petcock valve- I got new one for $15.

I suggest getting a manual. $20 well spent.
I have a printed manual. If you want, I can scan the axle section & email it to you.

ps, just picked up a woodruff key and flywheel puller for my 200s, any idea how to use the puller, it seems to be a 14mm single shaft bolt lookin thing, where do i attact the flywheel at ??, there are two holes on each side of the pull start cage, i can only see where possibly it might go in them holes one side at a time and wedge it off ??

I have that stuff scanned. I'll email it to you later on this evening. (Its gonna take a while for my slow connection to upload the pics.)

If you bought the Honda style puller, you just screw the outer part of the puller in, hold it with a big wrench & screw the smaller bolt in, which will force the flywheel off the crank.

Check your local discount auto parts stores for a manual. $25 or so. I got mine at autozone, advance, or oreilly's. Can't remember which.
The 10 dollar cd probably just has parts diagrams, no written directions.

there is no smaller bolt on this puller, it is one piece no moving parts, it is a 14 mm bolt in essence, it cannot screw into the middle of the flywheel due to the shaft being there
