Default arctic cat 250 2/4

im trying to replace the rear drive seal that the axcel goes through. ive taken everything off brake rotor and calipers. is was just wandering if there was a clip that i need too remove for it to slide out on the right side.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and buy a factory service manual (not an aftermarket one) They are a little more $$$, but they will save you money by giving you the info for you to do the job correctly

I had a 05 300 AC it is basiclly the same as the 250. To remove the axle after removing the caliper, hub, axle nut and upper a*arm bolt if she is a FIS just give it a pluck. The axle has a internal round clip much the same as a automotive cv joint. The spring steel circle clip will collapse as it passes thru the indentation in the axle housing. Dont forget to put a drain pan under the seal you are removing because you will loose some motor oil.
