Default Prpblems with HMF Penland Exhaust

have a 2007 artic cat 650 H1 atv I have been trying to put my HMF PENLAND Exhaust on but it hits the frame HMF stated they have not had they problem before. Has anyone else heard of this problem before.My factor exhaust has two mounting points on top and one on the bottom, HMF has one on top one on the bottom.Ever time I mount it it hits the frame I sent it back to HMF and they state there is nothing wrong with it. I even sent pictures. I thought HMF was a good company. They keep asking me if there is something wrong with my atv or have I rooled it. It hasn't not been rolled and the dealer stated everything is ok on my atv. Does anyone have any ideas.
Thank you Kelvin carpenter kchunter@netins.net

1= bent frame
2= pipe is bent

i use to work at a yamaha dealer and i have seen crates get dropped and the dealer would fix it at best and seal it as new with a bent frame.

I have installed HMF on my own bikes and on several friends bikes, and have never had any problems other than minor (very minor) fitment issues.

Are you the original owner of the bike? (how sure are you that the frame isn't tweaked)

Are you mechanically inclined? (don't take this comment the wrong way....don't mean to ask if you are an idiot, just want to know if you've ever done something like this before)

Are there instructions, and are they good? (i.e. not crappy english japanese/chinese translations)

Finally, have you asked someone to take a second look at the problem for you? I have overlooked some obvious things myself...it can't hurt

Good luck
