Yamaha issued a product update campaigne this week on ALL Rhino 450/660 models from 2004 to 2007. Free doors. And free installation at any Yamaha dealership. Letters will begin arriving at owner's homes next week,...as will the first orders of doors arrive at the dealerships. The supply verus demand on this update will be high I am sure, so I would recommend anyone onwing one call their dealer now and have their name put on the list. Also,..all owners refusing the upgrade must be documented either by Yamaha or the dealership and it will be filed with the VIN at Yamaha. Seems all those lawsuits are taking a toll. By the way, I looked at these doors this morning and it's a half door with an angled section at the front reaching the dash, so it's main function is to keep your entire leg covered, but the rear portion of the door comes exactly up to the seat base.

Sorry to hear your friend was hurt, and wish them a speedy recovery.
But, a little warning on the graphic pics would be nice. Doesn't go too well with breakfast.

Thats going to leave a mark! Hope she gets well as soon as possible.
Safety equipment like real four or five point harnesses, and bolt on solid doors go a long way on the Rhino. It was designed as a farm vehicle, so if you're going to drive it faster than a cow walks then upgrades in safety are certainly worth while. Here's the cage and door mods I did to my Rhino, because I drive faster than a cow walks.

Do they really roll over easier than a Prowler? I have the prowler and you have to work hard to get it on 2 wheels. I am looking at getting a rhino though.

I have the J strong doors for my rhino. Definately worth the investment. Along with the seat belts it has been a good choice to help keep my daughter safe as a passenger. Hope the healing goes fast.

Please Rhino owners protect yourself in the event if a rollover!!!!!!!!!!! My friend was in an accident and when she was riding as a passenger in a Rhino two weeks ago. THey weren't driving crazy but took a low speed turn and when the rhino rolled it crushed her leg. img src="http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n81/vferris/moms154.jpg">img src="
