What ever the problem is, its on your end. We approve photo page's all the time.
Did you post bio?

You haven't uploaded any photos to your "My Page".
Hit your "My Page" tab
Hit edit
upload photo
hit post bio
It will take about 30 minutes to cycle threw server and out to moderators for approval.

I have never personally seen what you are describing when trying to upload a picture and I have helped a lot of forum members with there photo page. I uploaded a test photo to your my page to see if I could get the same error and the instructions that I saw were normal. You can delete that photo off.
I do now know your photo page number and have saved that info into your profile for future reference.
