Just use a $20 low pressure fuel pump instead of the high pressure one.

Another option is to get a walsh kit fuel tank. It will only hold a gallon though. No offense but dont you think that engine will be a bit underpowered? Seems like a lot of work to build a hybrid that wont beat a stock motor . A 500 2 or 4 stroke would be more apropriate but sometimes budgets wont allow.

Walsh discontinued the kit. There are some floating around on ebay. The 1 gallon pretty much dooms the kit to mx racing . Cannondaler has a thread with some of the european guys putting ktm 525 motors in them. I think they were using stock tanks and low pressure fuel pumps as well. They find it easier to do a conversion than trying to ship parts from the US . Just not popular here because of the new engine upgrades being cheap and easy.

I dont think my sources have any walsh tanks left but I will check. Stock tanks are easy to get and cheap. Try pacific rim cannondales for those. Try Haydug cycles or wachs racing for the 250r kit tanks.
