Yes do the updates for longevity and peace of mind. You can get the A arms from ATK unless all four were taco'd, then try to find a good used set. Used one's are hard to come by..

First off nice buy!! the bad part is that the silver plastic is getting harder to come by at a good price. BUUUUUUTTT cannondaleriders has a deal on the red plastic and you can check there for silver from some of the members! good luck with it and make sure you do all the updates an you'll have a great quad!

Hey Guys,
My uncle (loaded like a freight train) went out about a month ago, and purchased a brand new cannondale moto...To make a long story short, he ended up walking away from a pretty bad wreck...It scared him so badly, that he ended up buying a 250ex for putting around on his land...He offered it to me for 1200 dollars....No, I didn't say 12,000 dollars, 1200!! He is only making me pay for the aftermarket parts he put on... Needless to say, I'm leaving right now to go pick it up...I recently started riding mx, and he is highly interested...He told me that the only payment he needs, is to see the trophies I win on this beast...lol.... He lives in northern nevada, so its a nice treck up there..I can't wait!!
the bike needs new plastic (because of the wreck) and new a-arms...This still comes no where near the 12000 dollar MSRP of the bike..
