If your talking about the bicycle division they are back in business. You will never see a new quad with the name Cannondale on it again. ATK has been offering an upgraded version using what they got from the factory auction and dinli will be releasing a quad with the cannondale influenced design.

Everything atk sells will repair a cannondale . They did bump the displacement up to 450cc.

thanks but clearly it means that there will steal have parts of the old quad but no new quad. Is it true ?
