Just to re asure you cdale 27 is right. The part number is 5000409. The dealer cost is $24 and the retail is $47 It took me less than 1 minute to find the part number and cost . Its a good thing I downloaded every manual and parts guide. Thats faster than any dealer ill bet. I believe optimum has these parts too.

Have you done any diagnostics with the D&M software. A bad tps would show up plain as day if it were bad. You can also check it with an ohmeter if you dont have the software. The service manuals are all available for free from cannondaler info center. A fuel pressure check will tell if its a fuel related problem . I would help you out if we were closer to each other . Im in central wis. If you pay for the liscense for your quad I could also hook up my laptop and check your efi system.

The efi manuals shows how to do it in great detail . You just slowly move the throttle and make sure the meter registers a nice even inc rease without jumping.
