Just read on another site that the company was bought out by someone and they are back in business. I hope that this is true It could be just a rumor. needs to be checked out more. If true, what will happen to the price of the parts and quads in the shops?

There isn't any concrete info yet. Yeah, I don't doubt John Deere is interested in Cannondale....ALOT of people are. We'll find out on March 20th, that's the official date of the auction now....I'll be on site and have my ears open!

I don't know about John Deere getting into the sport ATV part but I did here they are planning on developing a utility quad in the near future. Their looking of engineers and I have heard a rumor that they are talking with Bombardier on possible utility models.
As far as their interest with cannondale I haven't heard anything, but it is a possiblity. I guess all we can do is wait and see what happens.

This is an "official" rumor.
A well-known lawn tractor company is interested in making the Cannondale ATVs for the US market!!!! A team of manufacturing and design engineers have been examining a 2003 Speed since the bankruptcy announcement.
I'm green with envy.
