first off, before i begin to tell you about the build up of my cannible, i want to take a minute to make a few comments about this site. i recently recieved my private email from the moderator about the attempting spam in the private messaging systen on this site. i agree 100% with what he did and the anti-spam system they are using. i enjoy coming here and share unbiased info with fellow riders who do the same thing. if someone has a good product, i want to know about it. it a new product sucks, i want to avoid wasting my money on it. a big thanks to the moderator for keeping our site clean and i for one really appriciate the hard work you are doing.BR>

now, i got my race lone star a-arms (+3) in and installed them last night. they look great and fit perfect. one word of advise, it took me and a professional mechanic 3 1/2 hours to set up the front end with an angle finder. the caster is adjusted first (positive 4.5 degrees) and then we set the camber (negative 4.5 degrees) and then toe in (1/4 inch). all this was done at ride hight with me on the bike. the only problem i have is at full suspension drop, there is some type of suspenion bind when i turn the front wheels all the way to the right (passneger side). it's in the ball joint spindle area because it does it even when the tie rod is disconnected. my pep zps shocks fit fine on the front end and i have a ride height of 8 1/2 inch in the front and 7 1/2 in the rear. i haven't ridden it yet so i/m hoping the front end will settle some yet.
a word of note for all 03 cannandale owners regarding the rear shock. the lower rear shock bolt that holds the shock to the swingarm has been increased on the 03 models to 12mm. all prievious models are 10mm. pep did not know this and i had to use the lower bushing out of my factory shock to mount the shock.
if you are ordering new shocks for the rear check it before you order. maybe i'll get to ride on thanksgiving and i will give yaw a ride report.
