There is a new manual called Electrica/EFI Manual P/N;5002401
this is a very helpful manual it should answer a lot of questions.
You can get it at the cannondale site click on the Engine calibration
Files I was able to download and print it.It took a long time but was well worth it.It is 60 pages long.
