I'm running Honda HP 80/85w trans oil. So far so good.

Ok,
I had it brought to my attention that the Valvoline synthetic gear oil I am running (85w), says on the back of the bottle that it is "recommended for" hypoid applications. The front of the bottle said nothing about hypoid, I feel stupid. What brand/type are you all running? thank you, JIM

Honda HP 80/85W, also run it in my son's '86, never any problems.
