The fit on the 05 -06 models is different you should not of had to drill a hole in the mounting tab for the 03 though? Do you have a picture of the pipe? Call our tech line@ 651-982-6020 we can describe to you what the pipe should look like if it was an 05 already. Were did you gett it from a dealer or us direct?

i`ve got a hotseat pipe on our 03 predator(had to drill a new hole for the rear mount)
wondering if this pipe would fit a 05 w/reverse.
i think that this pipe was originally on an 05!
could this be possible!
