Did you crash, flip. roll or anything? It looks like the can was pulled to the right of the machine which caused the mounting bracket to rip and the spring is not centered on the shock either ?? What happend did it kjsut break one day or did you crach a week or 2 ago and then it broke? Somthing looks funny becasue the can not sitting straight and somthgin would have to hit it or pulled on it to make it do that there is no stress of any sort that would make the can do that? Were not saying you did anything wrong just curious as to what coudl of happened? Did you call and talk to anyone at the shop?

Give me a call we will see what we can do. It's not really a warranty issue though, No one makes products that are meant to hold up to crashes or rollovers. My point is after looking at your pics it obvious that something pulled the can and or pushed on the outside of it to make the mount tear and or break like that? Your first problem was a warranty deal though and we took care of it but give me a call and we will see what we can work out on it. I appreciate you being honest, we get alot of people who try to say they were just riding and there silencer or what ever it maybe took left hand turn for some reason and they want a new one right now, but you get the point. this is the second time i've had something break on my HSP silencer
the front mounting bracket has totally snapped and my rear bracket is cracked, because of this my pipe is laying on my frame

the replacement silencer has held up for over a year and i was surprised when i saw what had happended a few days ago...is this a common break? i've never seen anything like it happen b4

last week it rolled over when i was riding on a beach...but everything was fine after i rolled it..
i was riding a MX track last monday and cased a pretty good sized double..i thought that might of caused it because i didnt notice it till the day after..
and yes my shock retainer is broken and my shock is off line..it's been broken for a few months now, i think i'm gonna go pick up the replacement part next week
what do you recommend i do with my pipe? should i call HSP and see
