Thank you very much we really appreciate hearing back from our customers. I will look into making some of the suggestions you spoke about happen but everyone needs to understand that these things cannot happen overnight I can and will cahnge the description on the web-site right away though.

My friend and I both have 05 spt 800's and he just bought your dual exhaust setup for it. We installed it this evening and have some feedback for you hopefully all constructive. First, your shipping time, cost and delivering what was promised was first rate. One suggestion however for your online orders is to make clear that your advertised price is for black pipe only and coating will be extra as we had to inquire during the messaging on the order and found out that coating is substantailly more. Putting on the site would help with customer expectation from the beginning.
The quality of the parts was excellent. Placement of the pipes, location, mounting points and hardware was well engineered and finished. I believe, however, that your instructions could be more in depth. As an example, the instructions first indicate to remove the stock exhaust system. This process is somewhat involved and can be extremely frustrating if you are not fairly well acquainted with the disassembly procedure necessary to remove the old headpipe. We found that removel of both running boards, shift linkage and substantial manipulation of the fenders on the mag (right) side is required to extract the old exhaust. Not knowing how to do this will cause the owner installer to bend or break pieces and they will not be happy that they chose to do this at all and since it is your product in their hand I could see negatives coming your way. I understand you may not want to print laborious instructions but I also believe some attention to this area would inure to your future benefit.
One area that needs to be rectified is the PTO (left) side silencer hanger bracket. The new bracket has non-slotted holes in it. As a result if there are any manufacturing deviations in the headpipe setup, welding, bends etc. or even frame deviations on the quad there is no way to compensate for such during installation. In our case the headpipe will not quite reach the silencer completely in order to have a seal at the flange and try as we might there was no ability to manipulate the system at any mounting point to eliminate the exhaust leak. The hanger bracket holes, or at least the silencer to bracket holes, need to be slotted to allow the silencer to be mated properly and securely with the headpipe and gasket to avoid this.
We did fire the motor and even with the exhaust leak were impressed with the sound and the throttle response. We will update you with further seat of the pants tests and since we are altitude and have two other stock 05 800's that we have compared prior to the installation it should be a reasonably sound after installation comparison. One area that I think you guys really helped in is the elimination of the hot spot area on the right side where the stock pipes notoriously melt the plastic. Having one less pipe and routing it as you did looks like that problem is solved. Overall great product so far. Some fine tuning on the installation and other things above will make it better we believe. If you have any questions on areas others have given you feedback on and/or we may have missed let me know and I will give you our take on it. Keep up the good work!
