Holes 2 and 2 for starters. Was that not in the instructions that came with the kit? Or did you get it used or somthing?
You can also set it in different settings for fine tunning too. But 2-2 is the seems to work the best for 95% of applications with our kits.

I have a clutch kit for a 03 scrambler 500, it is a hsp kit. I was wondering what do I set the secondary clutch to? Thanks.....................Brian
