Willam, You'll have refresh me a little what heavy hitter weights are you running adn what white secondary spring? Did I send them to you ? IF so let me know so I can look it up too, But with stk. tires and kl&n we will not even reach 6400 rpm so I think you got a good one on the filter it should be about 7" long. Part # pl-1003. If you are hitting 6550 you shoud be hitting the rev limiter too is this not the case? If so keep throwing weight or a steeper helix angle at it.

Ok William now I remember. I looked back and I sent you the wrong filter I will get the right one going to you today # pl-1003. On the clutching I know you were doing alot of differnt things with your quad (pulls, trailriding, mudding,drag racing) but if I remeber correctly you were running the o-1 weights which are medium tip 64.5 grams then we went to m-64 which are 64 gram heavy tip weights. I need to know what application or event you are going after right now. It might be easiest if you just give me a call, some times clutching stuff is alot easier to explain over the phone so that way I can make sure you understand what we are talking about.

Hi Jeremy how are things going?it's william here with the 800 sportsman 06 . I put the white spring in the secondary and put the heavy hitters in the primeary stock wheels 5 psi all around stock air filter and it is hitting 6550 rpms 70-75 mph on speedo.the k&n you sent me slows my machine down.i will never by another k&n again.waste of money.my stock air filter is 6-7inches long and the k&n is 4 inches long is this right or is it supposed to be the same length as stock.the quad now has 650 miles on it and every time i get on it it seems to get better.I have the 66 gram weights i never tried yet but are you guys having the same trouble with your test quad?did you try yours without the air box cover?and what was the result? thanks william

I bought the cam from you for my 800 i'm the guy from canada that talked to you on the phone i ordered 4 sets of weights cam hi flo intake and got sent a pl-1004 just ckecked the box .what is that for?other than for sale.i also got your green primary purpleprimary white sec and green secendary springs.when it hits 6550 it hits the rev limiter. william ramsay
