We have found that our green primary spring works best for all around riding. Are the tires much heavier than stk?
You should also check your belt deflection ( how much play is on your belt) most of the 650 v2 you are able to remove one shim from the secondary clutch and tighten the belt up too. I would stay with the stk. belt.

Give us a cal we can walk you through it you do not need to repalce a gasket once you take off the clutch cover.

Which clutch spring would best suit my 2006 650V2? I have no mods, except Interco swamplit tires, but stayed at stock 26". I do alot of rough trail riding, mudding, hill climbing, and good amount of high speed riding. I just want to make the belt last the longest, and deliver the best power at the same time. I would be purchasing from you. Also I will eventually buy a Dayco HPX belt. Are these better than Arctic Cat belts?

If i take the cover off, do i need a different seal or something? And im not familiar with this atv as ive only had it for 5 mnths so im not sure how to check belt deflection, or how to tighten it. Is this easy to explain?
