Ok sorry for the delay then it must of been someone else? We havn't seen the problem you speak of with no performance though were did you hear that? With our pipe kit, k&n filter, cams, head porting, and minor clutching changes to your existing kit we can make some pretty big improvments. Hp #'s can be misleading so we normally don't adverties hp#'s just real world results time and mph. You can expect a good 4-5 mph gain in a 8-10 second run with our set-up. What type of riding are you doing mud, trail, all around. If we do move forward with this set-up we will need ot know what you have for clutching already so we don't send you parts you already have. If you have any more ?'s please let me know. Roughly you would be looking @ about 900-1000.00 for this set-up.

You will have no problem beating a stk. 500 h.o. It would be nice to have more info on that clutch kit too like spring rates, how much do the weights weigh and helix anlge if changed? It looks like you mainly do about every type of riding whcih is no problem we have a well rounded clutch set-up. If you have anymore ?'s please let me know.

I HAVE A 99 SPORTSMAN 500 NON HO. IS THERE ANY PRODUCTS THAT WILL REALLY MAKE THIS ENGINE PERFORM? I HAVE A CLUTCH KIT AND 26" TIRES. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE COMBUSTION CHAMBERS ON THE HEAD WERE TO LARGE ON DESIGN AND THE LOWER END WON'T TAKE THE RPM'S NEEDED TO GET REAL PERFORMANCE. I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT I COULD PROBABLY DROP 1000.00 AND NOT SEE ANY REAL GAINS. WHAT KIND OF NUMBERS AS FAR AS HP CAN YOUR COMPANY GAIN WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?

I appreciate you response, the info I was provided came from a ATV eninge builder that from what I have heard on the web is very reputable. I don't feel that I should name the source. I was looking for a second opinion on if my Quad can perform better or if I'm just wasteing my time and $. I ride trails in wooded areas most and some mud as well. My current problem is that when I'm climbing a steep hill and I'm almost to the top the ATV is barely having enough power. I ride with some bigger quads and can't run up some of the hills with them, so it's either trade or make some mod's if I can gain real power to the ground. I have a EPI big tire clutch kit and noticed a little help but was not blown away from the performance, I may be expecting to much. Also how will your kit perform compared to a stock 500 HO, hopefully much better. Thanks for your time.
