On our 440 kits with pipe, carb, and all other bolt on's @ 0-3000" we run a polaris red primary 120-210, our white secondary spring, a 45/40 helix, and a set of I-56 or j-1 weights about 55-56 grams. Are you having problems with your surrent set-up? If so describe them to me and I shoudl be able to point you in the right direction.

I have a 440 big bore in my polaris sport, I was wondering what you guys would suggest for clutching? Right now in the primary i have a brown spring with s-55 weights, and in the driven i have a red spring with the stock helix i think.
