You need to go with the heavier weights for sure. Didn't we already send them to you?

Rpm should be good @ 6300 those quads make good power anywere form 6000-6300 rpm. There are different helixes available but I don't think you 'd notice much of a perforamcne gain.

Hello there i have a 04.5 700 efi sportsman and i am running 27" ipt xtr tires with 14" itp aluminum rims and was wondering what to do on the clutching i have a 800 intake snorkel, header, and primary clutch with your clutch kit which has green spring with 56 gram weights and .030 offset timing key. modded stock muffler, k+n air filter, ngk spark plugs, dayco hp2004 belt, right now it will run 55mph at 6500rpm, i was thinking about 58 gram weights, what about changing out the spring in the roller secondary. Now from a dead stop in low or high and punch it runs against the rev limiter. What are your thoughts or suggestions? I weigh 325 pounds.

I am running 58 gram weights now and my top rpm is 6300 is this still to much? Is there different helixs for the secondary clutch?
