Sorry for the delay. No excusses though Straight my fault. What is your name and do you still need the rest or proper parts. As you can see I havn't been able to check onto atv con in over a month so I'm sorry for that we have been very busy. Did you call out tech line? Get back to me right away.

i recently ordered a chain tensioner from you guys.It came without instructions and the wheel mounted backwards.Then I had yo send me the instructions and in them it said the hardware was included-which I did not receive.Then I called again and had you send the hardware(3 bolts,washers,and nuts respectively).All I got was a padded envelope with two nuts in it.I think maybe someone in the shipping department is asleep at the wheel.I'm not sure this is a company I will continue to do business with.

I used what I had in my workshop(2 car garage-carpentry).I keep all sorts of nuts and bolts but it was the point of the matter.Thanks anyway.If you want something done right.....you do it yourself.
