Sorry to be so dumb, but what is an "AMT" transmission. However, an 800cc EFI sounds good. Personally, no more carburetors for me. However, the current crop of RTV and ATV EFI systems leave a lot to be desired. It is my understanding they do not compensate for altitude real-time, i.e. only adjusting if you turn off and restart the engine, if even that. I would like to see a tech discussion forum with some engineers participating in regard to the EFI capabilities by model. Out here in the west a lot of RTVs are being purchased to replace ATVs, and not for the farm.

Something akin to the Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) in Volkswagens and other vehicles whereas it is actually a manual transmission shifted via two chutches with hydraulics and electronics? The big advantage would be virtually no loss (as with a torque converter or hydraulic pump/motor) and very quick shifts. Sounds great to me. Between you and I we could design one heck of a UTV, but it would be costly! If Honda comes out with something this fall one knows it will NOT have a belt drive, but probably Rubicon-like, and hopefully not a Rincon tranny.

Hi everybody how do you think if a RTV with permanent AWD 4x4 ? AMT transmission. Powered by a 800cc EFI engine.
I heard someone said it is unnecessary to make such an advanced RTV as most RTV will be used in farms so permanent AWD is not required. And the AMT transmission?

AMT is Automated Manual Transmission, it operates similarly to a manual transmission except not require clutch actuation or shifting by the driver. Automatic shifting is controlled electronically (shift-by-wire) and performed by a hydraulic system or electric motor.

Yes and also more fuel economical than CVT and AT. We have a qualified factory in China which is develoing this UTV and plan to launch it also this fall.
