Welcome to the forum AceCoolie!
That is one of the big complaints with the majority of Chinese quads. The quick and dirty way is to put wheel spacers on the front end. This will put more leverage on the front shocks and make them feel softer. A even quicker way is to reverse the front rims, most have a 2" or so offset and will make the machine wider, which does the same thing as wheel spacers. The only catch is it puts the valve stem on the inside, so make sure it doesnt hit anything and you should be good to go.

tires are also part of the suspension system, so you might want to try and lower the air pressure, somewhere around 4-6lbs,

Hi. I've got a 110cc honda clone atv. The rear suspension is very plush but the front, even on the softest spring setting, is still very stiff. Any ideas as to the best way to fix this? I was kicking around the idea of heating the springs up with a torch. Do you think that would work?
Thanks for your replies!

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll try flipping the wheels and see how it works.
