If you need the specs and the procedures on how to adjust your valves download this manual. It is for a buggy that has the gy6 in it. It will save you a lot of time and questions later on. Manual
Make sure when go to adjust your valves that the motor is cold. Do not run the engine before you adjust the valves.
The manual also has a diagram of your carb just in case you forget how to put it back together. BR>

Every time I try to kickstart my 150 atv it takes about a half-hour to start it. What causes this?
Does anybody know how to fix it? Today I just threw it on its side and gave up. Is it the
spark plug? Thanks for any replies.
