Welcome to the forum bowdown! Did you remove the cardboard from the air box? The other thing that sems to affect low end is the air screw adjustment. About 1.5 turns out is a good starting point. The valves can be set to .002 when the engine is stone cold.

kazumausa.com might have sprockets for the 110.

What can i do to improve the low end on this machine. It has a hard time with my son about 100lbs going up hills in 1st gear. Also Does anyone know what gap to set the valves to. Thanks

thanks alot for the reply, I will remove the cardboard under the airbox and see what i can do with the air screw adjustment, How bout the idle screw what's a good starting point for that as well.. as i've already messed with the 2 and would like to start over. And i'm guessing that some raptor 80 front brakes will work on these quads cause the front brakes on the 2 look the same.

thanks for the help guys. Just wondering where i could order a new sproket? The mixture screw did help alot but i would like alittle more low end. Don't really care about the top end to much. Thanks

You can adjust your idle screw all you want, but it's not going to affect power at all. Just set it to a low, consistant idle and that's about as good as it'll get.
The Raptor 80 front brakes will swap right over to your 110, but don't expect to see any improvements in stopping power. They're identical enough that they may be coming from the same supplier.
As far as improving low end, I would look into new sprockets. If I rember correctly, you have a 14 tooth front sprocket. Going to a 12 tooth front sprocket will make a big difference, at the expense of losing some top speed.
