i think you need to call progressive insurance again, they do insure atv's for off road use. they just might not have the redcat in their data base. my 07 a/c prowler is insured thru progressive complete coverage is $108 yearly.

love2ride,
We use foremost insurance in PA at a camp ground. You might have to use a broker though.

I hope someone here can help. I am having a difficult time trying to find an insurance company to carry liability insurance on our Redcat FX-150. What really sucks is that it is a requirement to ride on state park trails here in Pennsylvania. I have so far tried Progressive and Allstate. Luckily USAA for miltary members will cover it, but it's not exactly cheap. Any ideas?

Billl,

That was the problem I was having with Progressive. They don't have Redcat or Kazuma in their databases. And I was not going to go with anyone who would insure my Zuki but not the Redcat. I wouldn't want to tell my son that I could ride on PA state forest trails and he couldn't go along.....but SUCCESS! The little lizard from Geico came through. They will insure the chinese ATV's as well as the Big Four. And for a heck of a lot cheaper. My liability insurance for the Zuki and the Redcat is 110$ total a year. Thank you little lizard! And thank you guys for responding.
