All I can say is outstanding, John went beyond what I thought was possible to make sure the delivery of my Yamoto 70cc made it here before Christmas, he spent much time on the phone, making many many calls to the distributer and shipping companies. All his effort was not in vein, the quad made it to its location December 22nd at 6PM, just in time for Santa to handle the final delivery. Finding someone else who does so much for their customers would be very difficult to do.
