That's the Fleetwood pop-up/flatbed trailer correct? If so, yes. A group I ride with a member has one and pulls with a F-150. It is stock, one of the newer ones so a 4.6 or 5.4L.

Those things are pretty light. Looked at one myself. Really did like the deck area.
With that lift kit you have, you're gonna need a good drop on the hitch.
