ramp capacity

I suppose you could shore up the ramp, add planks over the top and get the vehicle up the ramp. Heck, you could pour a cement slab that the ramp could lower on and probably drive a D-8 over it. Real question is, if the ramp is rated at this level will the trailer handle the load. Something that heavy at the rear of a toy hauler sounds risky to me.

Ya I have to agree with tencubed I pull a trailer alot of miles and to much weight on the back end can really effect how they pull.

I have a toy hauler with a ramp capacity of 2600 lbs. Does this mean that I cant load a 3500 lb vehicle into it?

thank you, according to the 29ft specs on the Forest River Sandpiper cargo capacity is 4500 lbs so that is why I was just worried about the ramp. I will be pulling it with a 3/4 ton suburban with 454 so plenty of strength in th e towing capability.
