When I bought my LE3305 I went to a little town called Alpine. It's located just east of San Diego. I got it for $4K less than Giant even after negotiating. I also had a bad experience with Giant and I refuse to go back, even for service. The place is called TravelonRV. Ask for Derek. He garanteed me that he would beat Giant and he did big-time. Unfortunatley, I had the same experience when I bought my fifth wheel from Giant RV. They were happy to take my money but once they did the customer service just sucked! I probably wouldn't buy from them again. I shopped the Colton location.

You know I guess it all depends on how much cash you have and how much work its going to take to close out the deal. I had a bad experance with Travelon in Alpine (NOT WITH SALES) they were great. I found the price slightly higher in the +3g range but on the business side of things we ran into some impatients. I know everyone wants the quick fast sale but Giant is really taking care of us on the (Sales) side of things and are even throughing in a few extras to boot.
Mike A. is the Sales rep we are dealing with. I'd say its worth the hours drive to go north ...as I am in San Diego. Being in SD Travelon was just closer for me. I reccomend you go on a slow/non rainy weekend.

I bought my current WW there I was thinking of another ...you are right the service is not the best but there prices were a lot lower than any of the dealers up here in Northern California. I was just thinking of using a different salesman.

you know i have never had any good customer service at Giant....they all seem like that just want to push a sale on you and get rid of you.....
