Troubles with factory on custom trailers

First off, let me say that I have been working with a major trailer manufactuer since April to get a one off custom trailer built. I must admit having some pretty wierd needs, like 8 ft tall inside.. several cabinets for generator, propane tanks, water tanks etc... Nothing not directly out of their catalog... I gave them required measurements, heights for e-track, written instruction on how I wanted the surfaces etc. door placements everything... and they still screwed things up.

Then they claimed to the specs not being in the design etc. Even though I had the pictures and email receipts... Right now, I am waiting for a replacement door that broke in half the second time I opened it.

I have called the factory several times, and the regoinal sales rep has always been too busy to take my calls. I called the warranty person, and although I get the standard "We will get right on it", I am now sitting at 5 weeks since I picked up the trailer at the factory (WHich I had to pay $200 for) and it is still unusable and not fixed.

Just wondering if anyone else has any war stories with this brand.... (See my personal page for pictures)
I can't recommend them for sure.....

Thank god I bought through a dealer who is very interested in taking care of his customers and is fixing the factory goofs out of his own pockert.
