I'm not really into to late model Elko's but that is a VERY, very nice car; errrrr truck!!! I always wanted a 70 454 SS with the cowl hood!!!
I REALLY like your Montie!!!! Love that body style!!!! Super, super nice!!!! They just say "class".
BTW, pop a 700R4 in the Elko and a 600 vacuum carb and your on your way to good mileage!!!

I've had this thing since I was 14 (Im 21 now) and this is how I used to get my 250R to the track. I still own it, but with 355ci and $3.00 per gallon gas prices, I parked it about a year ago. One thing is for sure...nobody missed me when I pulled up to the riding spot with a mint 250R in the bed of this thing! Just thought I'd share some pics of my baby. What do you think?

Thanks! Yeah, I love the 80's GM vehicles for some reason. I love cruising in my Monte, but the Elky is just plain nasty. It has that classic "lumpy" idle because of a high performance cam and it makes supercharged Cobras think twice. I got the Elko as my first car/truck and the Monte was an early college graduation present from my dad last year...If there is one thing I love as much as quads its these to bow ties.

Ill tell him you liked it. That truck ran a 14.9 in the 1/4 at Moroso Motorsports park with the 38s on it. Next week he's taking the 38' Super Swampers off for some Mickey Thompson 39s w/ 20' rims. I have never seen a Super Duty look as mean as his....I think a lot of it hasd to do with the orange paint - 39s with 20' rims on an 8' lift won't hurt either! Thanks again.
