Which truck could haul my Rhino in the bed?

Whever you get needs to be 3/4 ton or more. I think that any of the Ford/Chevy/Dodge tailgates will hold the load of 1/2 your Rhino if you want a shortbed, otherwise get the full 8' long bed and you can probably close the tailgate. There are pro's and con's for each but all have similar bed sizes and load ratings.

If you are hauling for some distance or even if you plan to use the truck as daily transportation you might want to consider diesel.

Chevy has a new truck coming out in '07. So does Toyota, although the HD version is a year later.

As jay said, go with a 3/4 or 1-ton. I'd say go with the one-ton. With a crew, you can get 5 in there comfortably (esp. with a Ford or GM, or the new MegaCab from Dodge). If you're only taking 5 people, you should all be able to get in the truck, and no extra gas for tan extra vehicle. If you go that route, definately for the 1-ton, dually prefered.

Bed length: go for the long beds (rules out the current short box on the MegaCab...from what I've been told they are currently only available with the 6.5' bed.) And take off the tail gate when you load. Not sure what the cables are rated at, but I wouldn't want them to break while loading. Depending on how your trailer is set up, you can load from ground to trailer to truck. That way it isn't so steep getting into the truck. You may also want to look at some kind of rack in the bed. I think the Rino is wider than 4.5' or so and you'd be constantly riding over the fenders. This could eventually start to bend them up.

And I'd second his diesel recomendation.

My wife owns a new Rhino and I have a BF750. We usually go riding with several others and we like to designate one person to carry all of the bikes and the others ride in fuel a efficient car. I own an SUV which pulls a 16' car hauler (4 bikes) on a normal basis. Now with my wifes Rhino, it's only me and her. I am using this as an excuse to get a truck but I would need one that could haul a Rhino in the bed so I could still get the 4 bikes on the trailer. I am a bit worried about the tailgate strength as the Rhino weighs 1250 lbs. plus my 300 lbs. to load it. I am leaning towards a Dodge CTD but am open to anything. Thanks for your help.
