Met this guy on the beach at Pismo last weekend... he was pulling an Attitude "pull behind"... had a little "metal failure" as you can see!

We were at Pismo Beach.... He said it happened when he went onto the beach....possibly hitting a bump to hard and the whole thing just bent up and pushed the propane tanks into the front wall. Luckily he had air bags and was going to pump them up to lift up the back end of the truck so that he could get the trailer to a welder that day....I just couldn't believe the whole front end just bent that easily.... amazing

Nyeahhhh I'd have to say there is more to that story than meets the eye here... I've seen the testing on these designs, and I'd have to say this guy had to do more than just hit a little hole to do that kind of damage. I suspect there was a lot of speed involved, and or a seriously overloaded trailer to boot.

Good thread. I've been looking at toyhaulers, wanting to get out of the "pulling doubles" business (5th wheel & sledbed). The Eclipse Attitude look like a quality product that's well thought out. Some of the toyhaulers have those flimsy floors but these seem pretty solid. Apparently a very fast growing company, and they specialize in haulers rather than making a huge line of product with toyhaulers being a side product.
How many atv's does that guy put in that 25AK? I need to squeeze 4 of them in.

Not sure if you purchased a TH yet, but I have the Tahoe 28' Transport and love it. The bathroom arrangement alone, being soo large, make this trailer better for us. I like being able to dry off in the bathroom without looking like a contortionist and bumping up against the wall. My wife loves it because she can stick the partable heater in the bathroom and get it nice and warm for her and the baby to bathe.
We looked at the Attitude also, but just didn't feel like it had as good of a layout or had the same quality, we got the fiberglass sides which Attitude did not have out in early 05.
We've had two problems, one was a leaking water hose under the sink, not a big deal. The second was with the generator, the starter jammed, kind of a pain in the butt. Other than that, nothing.

Getting close to crunch time. Here are the toy haulers my wife and I are divided on yes, I said the Wife and I..... I have to tow it, fix it, etc..... she is the one that spends 10x more time in it than I do..... so, let me know what your experiences are with these. Both are front sleepers, fully loaded, yada yada yada

We have a 23 AK Attitude and love it. We are able to haul 4 sport quads in it if we turn them sideways, otherwise we can haul 3 of them pulling straight in. My uncle has the 21 foot Tahoe and he loves it as well. My only gripe about our attitude, is the tongue is shorter, so that makes it interesting in tight turns. We have an '06 3/4 ton Chevy Duramax Crew Cab which pulls it just fine. I like the fact that our Attitude came with two queen size bunk beds, as well as the two single beds.
Just make sure that no matter what rig you buy, you make sure all of the wiring in the junction boxes are tight, and you can tow it safely.

WE have the Attitude 26ft. It is a nice traler and they are priced right.

I have the 23' Attitude with the front bath. Pulls real nice with a GMC HD2500 w/ 6.0.
Spent about 8 weekends in it over the summer with no break downs.
We had a 04 Yukon and did some research on how it would pull a Toyhauler.
I found that the wheel base wasn't long enough to pull a toyhauler unless you go real light.
People I've talked to who have Tahoe/Yukons told me that they white knuckle on cross winds and passing semi's.

I have the 26 Attitude and love it. I use the coach at least once a month and travel quite a distance at times and found the only flaw was a cheep eight-ply tire from the factory. I changed to 10 ply high quality tires and added a second spare for peace of mind and travel without worry. I have an excursion so towing is no problem, however, my brother in law had to get a torsion bar with his chevy Tahoe and has had no problems since. My brother in law owned a Tahoe trailer prior to his Attitude and liked it also. He said he likes the Attitude better though. His Attitude is a 25AK.

He puts 5 in his 25AK. His is a quad 700, his wife&39;s is an Artic cat 500, his two girls have an artic cat 220 each and his son has a 90. He also squeezes a Honda 250 motorcycle in for good measure.

I own an 07' 33' attitude 5th wheel, it's a sweet trailer. We've had all the normal problems and the dealer has taken care of all of them, except.....the toilet has backed up every time we use it. I've taken it in three times now and we still have the same problem, it backs up after two days of use. I'm takin it in tommorrow and we'll see what happens, other then that it's the perfect trailer for the price and comfort................
