Your AC 300 4x4 comes with 24x9x12 on the front and 25x10x12 on the rear. Make sure you run the front tires one inch smaller then the rear. I would run 25" on the front and 26" on the rear.

I have the 4 Titans that came on my 2000 500 with 0 miles on them , Make a offer .

Yes They are 25x10x12

I think the 300 would have a hard time turning those 27" tires, I think you would see a lot of power loss...what do you guys think

If i was you i would get 25 all the way around and you can barley turn them over I know my uncle has the same setup in the mud
you will be able to turn them over in 1 gear low or 2 or 3 in superlow If you hawe boot guards
on it i would take them off because when the shoks bottom out it will hit the end of the low range lever an ram it aginst the motor and what ever range it is in that's what range it will stay in until you take it off and bend it back out with a hammer I know from experence that is my advice to every one with a arctic cat 300 4/4
and if you get the tires I would invest in a jet kit to gain some power back you lost if you put 27 on it you might make it up the ditch at your house in super low although you might turn over though but not fast enough to sling the mud out of them

I think the 25's would be just fine for the 300. The 489 stock tires on the 400-500 Arctic Cat's are 25x10x12 all the way around, so you shouldn't have any trouble at all with the same size in the 589's.
Hope you are able to get the new 'Cat soon, they're great machines, you'll love it!

Hey, did you happen to get those bugs yet? How do you like them, and what's the performance like with the larger 27's? Thanks for the info!

Aren't those the 489's-25x10x12?

DO NOT GET 27" you would be lucky to get them going in the mud, stick with the 24-25" they will save you power in the end

No not yet i was hopeing that they would get here, but i guess the weather held them up. Oh by the way my 500 hit 100 miles this weekend with me and two of my friend on it going about thirty miles going to an old river town in central alabama looking for fossils....so far so good

get the lightest you can,,,it will help out your power, also dont forget highlifter is going to release the "Outlaw" in May. Ive got titan 489's on my 200 Cat 500, they are a great tire but are only two ply.
The Vampires are the best mudder you can get but are very heavy, expensive, and will dig like a gravedigger, but if you put them on hardpack they will wearout very fast!!!
The TSL/ATV is almost as good in the mud, a little lighter, and will hold up better on the hardpack...
The Mudbugs are a great all around tire but 26" is as small as they come but still would be lighter than the Vampires and they are six ply.
The 589's are titans premier tire, i dont know anyone that runs them but if they are better than the 489's they will be awsome.
You can also look into the Goodyear Mudrunner, they are also great mud tires and I think that they come in a 25".
hope this helps.
