When I purchased my AC 500 Auto the end of Dec. 99, I also paid for everything needed to plow snow. At the time the dealer said that Arctic Cat had just barely started making the snow blade kits for my machine, and he wouldn't have any in until the end of January. The plow kit did come in when the dealer said, minus the mechanical hand lift kit. Since then I have contacted the dealer by phone (dealer is 105 miles away) three different times in reguard to the missing kit. Each time the dealer called his distributer, and called me back saying the kit would be delivered to me in two weeks. The kit never arrived. Yesterday I drove to the dealer to talk to him personally about the problem; again he called his distributer, It should be delivered to me in two weeks. Where I live there is now over 2.5 feet of snow; more where it has drifted. It would sure be nice to be able to use my new machine instead of an old snow blower to clean my 200+ foot driveway. Why is there such a problem getting this kit?

probaly, ArcticCat does not make it and has it contracted out through a third party, get the name of the company can call them yourself
